My name is Tamsin. I am an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and a certified sports governance professional with a previous 'magic circle' law firm career. Qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, my background is in corporate finance, predominantly advising lenders in the syndicated loans, corporate acquisition and property finance markets.

Aligning my professional world with my personal interests, I am now involved with sport in a variety of organisations including as a panel Mediator for an NGB, a sports governance consultant, a judicial panel member (dispute resolution) and an Aquatics GB technical judge. I have Board and Company Secretariat experience, including as a volunteer, in sports clubs as well as certifications in safeguarding in sport for board members and UK anti-doping.
